2013年「ロック・イン・リオ」出演直後となる、9月21日ニューヨークのアポロ・シアターでのプレミア・ライブを収録。超大作3Dライヴ・フィルム「THROUGH THE NEVER」の、全世界での上映プロモーションのためのワールド・ツアーの一環で登場したもので、"Hit The Lights"をオープニングに配置したセットは、"Harvester of Sorrow"などのオールド・ファン感涙のリフ・オリエンテッドなファスト&ヘヴィネス・ナンバーをインクルードし、アンコールも通常のカヴァー曲では無く、"Creeping Death"、"Battery"の必殺スラッシュ・チューンから"Seek&Destroy"になだれ込みというたまらない展開となっています。
