作品タイトルは分かりませんでした。手塚キャラがクロスオーバーする作品か、もしくは販促用などに、使われたものかもしれません。

It is a handwritten background painting (oversized size) 490 x 380 used in Tezuka Pro's anime works.

Although it is a very large production material, it is drawn in detail, and it is worth seeing.

I didn't know the title of the work. It may be a crossover work by a Tezuka character, or it may have been used for promotion.
