The design features a golden radiating starburst base with a red rose motif at the center, symbolizing loyalty and dedication. At the heart of the rose is a traditional yin-yang (taijitu) symbol, representing the Mongolian cosmic worldview. The blue ribbon below reads “АХМАД ЗТГЭЛТЭН,” meaning “Veteran / Distinguished Party Member.” Issued mainly in the 1970s1980s, this was not a state decoration but an internal party award.
