楽器材の湿度について (Moisture Content)
当社の楽器用セットの含水率は通常 10～15% ですが、空気中の湿度によって変動する場合があります。
倉庫内の自然な空気環境で保管しているため、使用前にお客様の作業環境にしっかりと馴染ませてから加工してください。
材木の含水率と乾燥について (Moisture Content & Drying Information)
当社の木材は、主に枯れて倒れた木や、何年も森に放置されていた木から伐採されています。
乾燥してすぐに使えるものもあれば、まだ湿っていてさらに乾燥が必要なものもあります。
すべての木材が異なる含水率を持っており、すぐに使用できるかどうかは木材によって異なります。
しかし、ハワイアンコアは自宅や工房で簡単に乾燥できます！
簡単な乾燥方法:
厚さ20～30mmの木材なら、湿気の少ない換気の良い環境で約2ヶ月ほどで使用可能になります。
ハワイアンコアは「乾燥しやすい木材」で、極端なひび割れや反りが起こりにくいのが特徴です。
