ピンク・フロイド - Ummagumma Revisited - Pink Floyd

1969年10月にリリースされた「ウマグマ」は、ライブとスタジオ・レコーディングで構成されており、当時フロイドが精力的にライブ活動を繰り広げていた、そのライブ・パフォーマンスの一端が窺える名作。その2枚組アルバムの未発表スタジオ・アウトテイクスや、セッション、そして当時のライブをコンパイルした、オルタネイト・コレクション。まずスタジオ・アウトテイクにおいては、フロイドが前衛現代音楽の領域への挑戦として当時評論されたリック・ライト作の「シシファス組曲」の各レア・ヴァージョン、さらにオリジナル・アルバムには未収録となった「エンブリオ」や「バイディング・マイ・タイム」等の貴重なアウトテイクを。そのすべてが資料的価値としても価値の高いレア・コレクション！
