・A7075超々ジュラルミン3D切削加工
超々ジュラルミンとはアルミニウム合金の一種であり、日本工業規格(JIS)ではA7075と呼ばれ耐応力に優れており、厚板、鍛造品に用いられる素材。それを高精度マシニングでH断面3D切削加工しています。 剛性を高く保つことを最優先しながらも、最大の肉抜きが出来るのは削りだしならではです。

・軽量化とドレスアップを両立した薄肉中空チタンノブ「f(フォルテ)」
「f(フォルテ)」は絶妙な逆テーパー形状と、スパイラルディンブルで最高のグリップ感。薄肉中空構造で、極限の軽量化を目指して設計しています。

・刻み込まれた証
超々ジュラルミンのブロックから削り出されたプレートは、ブラックアルマイト処理を施し、YAMASHITAのロゴをレーザーマーキング。一目見れば、限定品と分かる証が刻まれています。

・こだわりのフィット感・グリップ力
軽量で握りやすいチタンノブ「f(フォルテ)」を採用。IP(イオンプレーティング)加工により水に濡れた手で握ってもグリップ力をUP。リーリング時のフィット感が抜群です。

・I cut A7075 extra super duralumin 3D
The material which the extra super duralumin is a kind of the aluminum alloy and is called A7075 in the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS), and is superior in stress-resistant, and is used for a plate, a forging product. H section 3D cuts it in high-precision Machineing. It is cut that can do the biggest meat omission while giving top priority to keeping rigidity high.

・A feeling of grip which is the best in inversely tapered shape and exquisite in escalope hollow titanium knob (forte) which balanced dress-up with lightweighting f (forte). By an escalope hollow structure, I design it for extreme lightweighting.

・The proof that was incised
The plate which was begun to sharpen gives black alumite processing from a block of the extra super duralumin, and a laser marks a logo of YAMASHITA. Proof to be identified as attributive quality is carved with if I have a look.

・Feeling of discerning fitting, grip power
I adopt titanium knob f& (forte) which it is easy to grasp at light weight. A grip power is improved by IP (ion plating) processing even if I grasp it in water by a wet hand. A feeling of fitting in the Lee ring is outstanding.
