Mari Mari(vo)と元フィッシュマンズの茂木欣一（ds）を中心としたユニット。1994年にソロ・デビュー前のMari Mariが、音楽雑誌『米国音楽』の付録CDに参加した際に、バックで参加したフィッシュマンズを中心とするレコーディング・メンバーに付けた名称。99年から本格的に活動を開始し、2000年にマキシ・シングル「TTAGGG／Since Yesterday」でメジャー・デビュー。サポート・メンバーには沖祐市（key）、小暮晋也（g）など豪華な顔ぶれが参加している。
茂木欣一らの強力サポートを得て完成した期待のデビュー・アルバム。メンバーそれぞれが曲を提供したことで、あくの強いトラックからパーティ・チューンまでが揃った多様性充分の作品となった。

A unit centered on Mari Mari (vo) and former Fishman's Kinichi Motegi (ds). This is the name given by Mari Mari before her solo debut in 1994, when she participated in the CD supplement to the music magazine American Music, she gave it to the recording members, mainly Fishmans, who participated in the background. He started his career in earnest in 1999 and made his major debut in 2000 with his Maxi single "TTAGGG/Since Yesterday." Support members include gorgeous faces such as Okiyu City (key) and Kogure Shinya (g).
The highly anticipated debut album was completed with strong support from Kinichi Motegi and others. Each member provided the song, and it became a work of sufficient diversity, ranging from a strong track to a party tune.
